| These shoes were taken out of warehouse next door. All of them still in their original boxes, wrapped in the original tissue paper, and never worn of course. I had to get a little dust and mold off of some but other than that 90% of them are in MINT condition. They all need a really good detailing. Given, some of the insides of the shoes have hardened with time and inside soles are curling. I am assuming the material used back then doesn't age very well and doesn't stay soft and manageable with time :) Some of the boxes didn't age the best ever was either for that matter, but most look great. I have several shoes with no mate due to rodent damage. A few of the suede shoes have mold damage or discoloration. |

| The warehouse also served as the local store. It shut it's door sometime between 1974-1976. I've tried to do some research on them as far as dates, value, etc., but I realized right off information on many of the brands can't be found. The ones I did find information on are saying they were manufactured and sold in the 1960's. Currently there are about 200 pairs that I have went through and cleaned up and I still have ALOT more to remove from the warehouse. Roughly about 200 more pairs need removed from the warehouse. Amazingly, there are NO duplicates to the 200 pairs I have cleaned up!!! I think I have estimated to have 6-8 pairs that do have a duplicate or two more. If your interested in any of these shoes, don't hesitate to contact me. Make an offer and they could be yours! There are some shoes I do not intend to sell. For example, the red galoshes are like the ones I used to wear and I wish to keep them :) |
